THE FACTS:
Industry: Brand Merchandising
Company: 12 month old start-up
My annual sales:: $1M (20 sales per year on average)
Base salary: none (commision only)
Clients: all revenue i generated has occurred from my own contact list (that I formerly introduced into the company)

I would be keen to get some guidance around what, if any, is the industry benchmark (re commision rate) given the above points.
