I`d split #4: Fear and Uncertainty as one topic, and Confidence as a different one.

The reason they should be split is there`s this strange problem of "Oh...it`s a dumb idea. Everyone`s doing it, or someone`s doing it a lot better. I`m just a goofball from Podunk, Iowa. Who would buy what I`m selling?"

That`s a confidence issue, but not a fear and uncertainty issue. See? I wonder...is confidence different from belief? As in "I believe in my product!"

One last thing, I think that merits a consideration as a topic is "Family, and how they belittle someone`s ideas." Or, shorter, "Family minimization."

That`s a great point Craig, family plays a huge role.  If they are supportive, you`re very lucky.  If they don`t share your vision, do you go against their wishes?  Starting a business is hard enough without having world war 3 in your own home.
I am lucky, all of my family is supportive of my new venture, however, I would have proceeded anyway hoping to prove them wrong.
