Forgive me :) My question wasn't answered in my last post. I got an answer that I could have googled months ago.
Info: I'm a bartender in Las Vegas, NV. I plan on bartending at private parties, weddings, and corporate events. Whatever I make, 100% will go straight into a charity or some kind of sponsorship.
Am I a non-profit? (I don't really care about being tax exempt)
Am I a foundation? (I'm going all the money away)
Am I a for-profit business giving away all my money?
I want something to represent me. I want to make my own business card and have a name represent me. I just need to know what kind of legal actions that I must take. Thanks.
