Yes, Google`s search indexing is powerful, especially for a site as highly visible as StartupNation.com.
In this case, it`s actually due to the post that you made right in this forum topic on May 3 where you referenced the website in question (i won`t mention it again). If you edit your post from that day and delete your friend`s website address, eventually Google will re-index this topic and this forum topic will no longer show upwhen searching for that website address. You should also edit the post you made on May 11 where you also have typed in the website address.
The original post by eguru was not referencing your friend`s site at all. Anyone who reads the actual thread in this forum topic will see that. In the future, just be cautious about the topic titles that you post to if you are concerned about a website appearing in search results.
