Just because of not enough finance, I would like to temporary register my mark in my state. What kind of protection will that give me?

probably less than a federal registration for most states.

Thanks James, I do get protection in my state at least, but what happen when there is a federal registration coming in? Do I loose mine? Doing a trademark search for a federal application is also checking states marks?
I do own the website registration, same question here, what if someone register a federal mark?
When you say federal, is this also international?

One registration does not cause the other to be "lost."  To determine if you are looking at a trademark infringement matter, you should speak with your lawyer.
