I sell online and offline and want to create an LLC for myself. What is the best company to use for this?
I see lots of them online and would like to hear the good and bad about this companies.
I would create the LLC for New jersey.
Thanks
Steve

The best company to do it is YOU! If you can answer the questions the service is going to ask you, then you can fill in the boxes. The NJ paperwork is a little more involved than some other states, but absolutely something you can and should do for yourself. NJ also allows online filing, saving you time. Save those extra hundreds of dollars and put them into marketing!
Start with this website, http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue/gettingregistered.htm.

Steve you can also pull your own teeth but that dosent mean you should. You may want to start off by doing research on the entity you need to file. a good read that sits on my desk is Limited Liability Company for Dummies, its written by the founder of MyLLC.com
