Getting good backlinks are somewhat tricky trying to learn how to get good backlinks can anybody help?

The method that I've found that has been working for me, is the most natural and sustainable is to write guest posts on other people's sites.

set up several blogs and maintain it... add links inserted in anchor texts back to your site. You can also use tweetdeck to search for tweets in twitter related to your site then you can refer them back to your site. Of course, reply to the tweets using unique relevant posts.

I would caution against reciprocal linking since "excessive" (just what is excessive?) is frowned upon.  Also setting up rogue blogs is being monitored for abuse and is now falling into black hat tactics.

Agree that above suggestions, along with other social media marketing are viable.

As per my knowledge good backlink are niche with high PR permanent bakclink. It is really difficult to generate such bakclink in huge amount.

You are so correct.  This is a very time intensive project for do it yourself oriented people on shoestring budgets.  No one should undertake without understanding the commitment involved.  It is not for the faint of heart of those seeking immediate results.
