StartupNation provides entrepreneurial advice via a nationally-syndicated radio program and through online and print content, for entrepreneurs who want to start a business.  StartupNation also offers entrepreneurs and those aspiring to own their own business, the opportunity to network with others.

A friend of mine gave me this site address yesterday and I would say I am drawn to it like some are drawn to Halo or Myspace.  I am finding it interesting to read the many posts in the forums including the ideas on the point systems to where to look for funding. I just finished my schooling after being a mother, wife, and employee. Once I found myself going through a divorce I realized that I must be a leader and help my children and myself succeed. This site seems to be a blessing for many and I hope to not only gain more knowledge but be a help for others that are here or come on in the future. Thank you very much for having this site available to everyone.

I agree with AZworkingmom. I am currently working for an aerospace company and I like what I do, but it is working for someone else, not me. I must be a leader for my family, and by working for me, I am putting myself in a position to get more of my time back. I believe this will allow me to become more of an effective leader for my family. StartupNation will give me this long sought-after freedom. With all the honest information and services, and the ability to network with people that are looking to make a difference in other people lives, I feel I`m in the right place. The possibilities are limitless, as endless as the imagination. Yep, this is the right place.

I must say, good job Startup Nation! I have navigated around for quite sometime trying to find another forum/community similar to yours information wise and quality wise and haven't found anything.

This forum is just jam packed full of information and becoming my main source. Figured it was time I get involved myself.

I must say start up nation is a user friendly forum.

The fonts are large enough for everyone to see, and that is the good thing. The words used are related and very common so that everyone can understand.
