What do you do with the troublesome customers?

Isn`t that the bottom line, that you can`t please all the people all of the time? When did any business get into believing that it was possible? And why?

If this problem crops up within a specific group of customers who`ve been utilizing a business over measurable time, then it would likely be due to some basic change in the nature of the business. At that point, I think it`d be good to re-examine the change. If it`s causing that much confusion, perhaps revert to the previous methodology.
