So much to do and not enough time.  As a business owner, the responsibility for the success of your business falls squarely on your shoulders.  There are so many things to get done during the day, and there never seems to be enough time to do them.  And with the threat of economic challenges hanging over all of our heads, the press for success becomes even more urgent.

This isn`t necessarily a new issue, but it`s one that seems even more critical now.

Do you have good systems in place that are replicable?

If so, why not hire people to help?
If not, why don`t you?

Many small businesses owners do not solicit, or decline, business from potential new consumers that pay in 30 days or longer due to their cash flow restraints. Having factoring in place gives business owners a powerful tool with which to become more aggressive in their marketing efforts to win new, larger accounts.

My biggest problem is my inability to "JUMP IN THE FIRE", or to "JUST DO IT", a.k.a. "100% COMMITMENT", or my fear of "GOING ALL IN".  Any of these cliche`s will work.

I have one foot in, and one foot out because of my fear of failure to my family, because of my lack of belief in myself.

Does anyone else feel this way?

Do you have a business plan in place?

I think that if you have clearly defined direction, a "roadmap" if you will; it should help reaffirm specific actions and perhaps give you that little extra confidence to push you over the edge and execute your decisions.

It doesn`t have to be anything too complicated or elaborate, i could even be a simple handwritten document that defines where you are going and basic idea of how to get there.
