According to me the latest seo technique is guest blogging..

The same as it has always been... Create valuable content that people want to see.  This will create natural links... and therefore better rankings.  The best way to get this started is to become a brand name in a specific category.  Dont try to be all things to all people.  Read 10 books in a specific industry and you already can be considered an expert.  Now you know about a topic... then its time to start developing your brand and sharing your expertise.  This will create more links for your content.

Great thread, but i think doing you best in every technique is latest technique,only by doing same things again and again not going worthy ,if you don't have knowledge that how to promote you submissions and how to use your value able content.
