Any advise on how to balance a growing business with a growing family?

How do you help your spouse cope in a potentially "insecure" time?

Business can get ugly...how much do I tell her?

You should include everyone in the family in your business, if it`s a single-owner business. A lot of people forget that a business is part of their life, not the other way around.

Too many believe that their life is what they do when they`re not involved with the business. Sort of like their life is part of their business.
