Uhm...a job posting would go against everything we strive for here....

Let me put it another way... I know what a JOB is like-- I still have one even-- why would I come here and want another one of those? No...BECAUSE I know what having a job is like is why I am here in the first place :)

nhgnikole and PeterS I agree with you both. That is why I have owned my business since I was 21 years old. Some people on the other hand have different circumstances and stepping stones they have to cross before they take the plunge.  Until then they can look for different companies to work for to gain experience in the fields they want to own a business in or work for a company who gives them more free time to work on setting up their business.
