I`d have to agree with Rich on this one..  Overcoming all those pesky little intimidating things and seeing how much you can grow personally!  LOL

I really enjoy getting to help people with the services that our company offers, of course, money`s got to be in there somewhere, overcoming fears, and just being able to do what you want.  The BEST thing, though, would be the relationships I`ve made along the way with the people I do work with (from our homes, and online, of course!)

What gives me the greatest satisfaction is that the work I do contributes mightily to my clients` success.  Their success fuels my own.  It`s a win-win all the way around!

The greatest satisfaction I get from running my business is that I am responsible for my situation. I am not relying on some corporate executives to determine my income and employment.  If I want to earn more, I work harder.

I get the greatest satisfation knowing that I can spend time with my family and I never have to miss a soccer game because the boss felt they needed me more. I also have to say I like the fact that I am making myself money and I am not making someone else`s bank account bigger using my skills.
