I like making lots of money. I really do. And I truly enjoy helping people. But those things aren`t what gives me the greatest satisfaction. What gives me the greatest satisfaction is knowing when I get up in the morning, all I have to do is walk downstairs and I`m at work. I don`t have to get into my car and drive to some "job", because I`m already there. I`m the boss. That`s what gives me the greatest satisfaction.

What about you? What aspect of your business gives you the greatest satisfaction?

Kathy and I have been talking about this, recently, as the business enters its second year. It`s absolutely and totally fascinating to me that we started with literally nothing and about $100. All we had was words---an idea and a general description of what we thought we could make and sell.

A year later we`re looking around at the "stuff" we`ve been able to buy---much of which we really needed but couldn`t afford. ALL of it has come from this bunch of words and descriptions, formed into reality. That`s the most satisfying, I think: to see the entire concept of creating a business as it works.

What gives me the greatest satisfaction is helping my clients to succeed in their business ventures. By helping them to leverage their time more effectively, they can focus on actually growing their businesses. I live to hear, "You know, I couldn`t have done this without you!"  It appeals to the over-achiever part of me.

There are many other things that I love about my business, but that is certianly number one.

hmmm,

Solving problems.  That is what was missing in my stay at home mommy life, now I have lots of problems to solve and that makes me feel great!  I also like seeing the progression of my new business venture.   Hey, just like seeing my babies grow, my business grows only at a faster pace, and I can`t put the business in a time-out!

the thing that gives me greatest satisfaction is going into the start of a day with all sorts of uncertainties and then miraculously, by end of day, looking back and realizing that i overcame all of those intimidating things. it`s part of the rush of being an entrepreneur.

Wow, I must have been doing something wrong all those years as a stay-at-home Mom because I had plenty of problems to solve!

Anyway, my greatest satisfaction in my business is helping my clients succeed by marketing more effectively. I love it when my clients have a breakthrough and get in the groove of following up and then call me and thank me because what was onerous is now actually fun.

What really gives me the greatest satisfaction, is knowing, that I have, realized  one of the things I am passionate about.

I`m passionate about  the journey, and doing all I can do,  to make our business grow.  That`s what excites me, and  knowing there is always more to learn.

Also, that my website, home based business, has had to relocate due to growth satisfies me too.:)

This is my first year stepping out on my own by faith and starting a home business.  With that said, my greatest satisfaction for now is just being my own boss.  I am in charge of all aspects of my business and the feeling is great.

I can definitely relate. As I mentioned at the top, being my own boss also gives me the greatest satisfaction. Best of luck with your new venture!
