Hi gang,  this is Kevin from Inflatable Madness.  I`m a friend of SUN and have blogged here and been a guest on the radio show.

We are a large eBay seller, and it`s time to spread our wings and jump out of the nest.

InflatableMadness... Your link should look like this...
http://www.inflatablemadnessdvd.com You forgot the little ":" feature.

I`ll browse around and be back with a critique of the site... chances are, someone can do a better job than my less than skillful website critiques. I am mostly about look and feel and branding... Anyway... let me take  a look.

I think that the featured products on the front might be better as a list ... like if you can list them going down, include the short snippet and a rating maybe?

They are ... stacked oddly right now.

Vincent - doh!

NHG - yep great idea.  The oddly stacked items are a glitch we`re working on.

Thanks for the input!

Your "Browse Categories" confused me at first.  I select a category only to be met with the alphabet.

Much of your copy is too wordy, and as a consumer, this presents a "catch-22":  "Any item that is received damaged can be returned for a replacement. Returns are allowed for 14 days after you receive it - your item must be in its` original, unopened condition. No cancellations are allowed."

How would I know if the product is damaged without opening it?

Your other option on the front page would be to top-align the thumbnails, and let the text vary below. Seems that would look a bit more pleasing to the eye?

Woah! I just went to browse your categories, and clicked on Action Adventure. I thought I`d ended up in the twilight zone!! LOL! After a moment (or six) I realized this is supposed to be an alphabetic listing of some sort. WHAT sort, I have no idea.

Wouldn`t it be better to follow a sort of standard Alphabet Index concept, and have A-Z across the top, with some examples of "A" titles on the first page of the category? Sort of like this etymology site...?

Same applies to the rest of the categories.

But isn`t there a better way to do this? Like...a search option? Otherwise, a more useful "drill-down" kind of thing.
