Use table in the webpages which is of a fixed size. The table width must be fixed at 700 pixels wide, and the entire webpage content placed inside this table. I always create a web page with this table because I want my web page to appear the same across all screen resolutions.

You have to change your body width pixel to percentages.

After that website adapt each resolution - 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 & it appear in whole screen.

I have also developed the website that work well on the all browsers means it is compatible with each browsers. I also like to say that you need to set the resolution of website which is very important part of website so make it compatible with each browser.
