You may want to take a look at you js lightbox optin.  It may not be set correctly, as it appears to popup "off screen." 

 

Check the properties and make sure it's set to Position:Fixed.

 

That way it will always display in the center of the screen.

Thanks.  I haven't seen that as a problem.  Perhaps it's mobile.  But I'll change the settings.
