As I am a somewhat neebie to website design, where would be the best place for me to find free graphics/stock photos on the web to use in website design? Are there any other options? Any advice/suggestions would be great appreciated!!

I have always found that with stock photos..the free ones are not always the best, although I have a subscription to dreamstime.com and they have a few hundred for free but may not be what you need. Dreamstime it`s a 1.00 a web size photo, you buy credits, and download as needed. IStockphoto, Experstock are similar . Photo spin is a yearly subscription which is great b/c they have footage and audio files and fonts as well.
