Hello Mark,

My first impression of the homepage is quite frankly, a lot of text; which is not a good thing. What really makes this impression is because you have images with text in the image, as well text below that image. It makes me not want to scan that page. Some places you have more words than are needed. Instead of 3-5 word topics, use 1-2. Once you have shorter topics, you should probably increase their size tad so it`s again easier for the user to scan. They also are not in H1, H2, or H3. You should consider making your Topic Titles in <H#> formats so search engines understand their significance.

Second concern, is the fake phones and the vibe they throw off. Not to say they look bad, but they don`t look the greatest, and in a market built around the latest and greatest, you might want to consider changing your phone stock photos around what the hottest ones are currently. I think a business would be more impressed by looking at the latest phones with their messages than some cartoon-esk drawing.

I noticed your Registration page was the only page that showed the exact services and pricing. I would try linking to it on other forms for people just browsing and want to know your pricing. For instance, make another link/banner at the bottom of your solutions page that just says Pricing.

As for this specific page (Registration), you should definitely decrease the text size or rearrange it somehow so I can see at least most of the items in one screen size. You`re site is very tall because you made the width pretty small. I would leave room on the sides for the 1024x768 users but right now there is just too much because it makes content rich pages very long.

I don`t know about your font choice. It`s different, but I am not sure if some people may be turned off by it. Also note that you have different fonts used in your picture`s text than on your page.

Lastly, I had some minor confusion with your homepage versus the about us page because the link under the very top menu just says TextHub where in fact it`s an About Us page and not the TextHub homepage. Maybe change that to `About` as the button graphic.

Regards

In several areas of your site, your text changes font in mid paragraph.  That doesn`t look professional.

Since you will be connected with spam, regardless that your policies forbid it, you *will* be connected to spam.  I would recommend that you make it easy, really easy for people who want to opt out to do so.  Maybe you could append the URL of the opt-out page to all messages sent through your service.

I am a newbie to all of this, so my comments aren`t technical.  I agree with Colin, the phone are fake looking, but the biggest turn off for me was this statement in your unsubscribe area:

"Unsubscribe from Text Messages
Not interested in receiving personalized text messages from one of our senders? Or have they been bombarding you with unrelated text messages? If so enter your number below to unsubscribe."

It`s just me, but I would remove the sentence/words "Or have they been bombarding you with unrelated text messages?"  --  it makes it sound like you already know that your customers are going to Spam via text.

Then just leave the last sentence something simple like "Unsubscribe below".

Just my not so technical opinion.

Texthub has too much text.  Also, think about putting some istock photos of people on your site.  It helps visitors relate better to the site content.  Make sure you have a flow of where you want your viewer to look first, second third, etc.  As it is, there is an overload of information and no `call to action` on the homepage.

best,
