Hello all - I am brand new to this site but so far, I am finding it so interesting and helpful. I am also very interested in an outsiders point of view on my web site. A brief background, I run a "boutique" travel company specializing in customized vacations to Italy. The trips we plan tend to be upscale (versus moderate or budget). Business is actually quite good, but I know we have not captured the internet as best we can and any growing business can use a bit of constructive criticism in order to grow.
