Hello Startup Nation

The site I would like everyone to Critique is My site Mployd.com

It is an employment job posting site where employers can post jobs and hire employees.  As an employer it is becoming more powerful every week with new features.  I invite everyone to login set up an account. and give me some feedback.  We are presently offering all job poster testers a free year.  We will charge sometime.  We are not totally sure when.

On the Employee side we have created cool resume templates and Vouch system.

I would love for any feedback since we are all business owners.  I appreciate everyones feedback and comments.

Thank you in Advance!!!

The only problem I see is, why would I sign up to apply for a job?
I don`t have to do this on any other employment boards I have visited.

Thank you for a review.  Yes we have thought about that as well.  I think that we are going to develop a direct apply as well.

Thanks for the feedback

I agree 100% I once used a site here in Connecticut that made you sign up and it was too much trouble so I never used it again....

I don`t see an issue with signing up, isn`t that what moster makes you do anyway? I haven`t seeked employment for almost 5 years but from what I remember, Monster makes you sign up and post your resume, so how is mrBusiness any different? BTW, Is that proprierary software you have or Joomla?

Thanks for the Review.  We have built our own software for the site.  Most site do make you sign up so that you can send resume.  We are going to work on a few things over teh next while to see if we can do it different..

Has anyone had a chance to log in and see the resume template or test it?  How about the employer side?

Are there features on Other sites like Dice.com and Monster.com that you feel are similar or we are better at?
