I have verified my site in webmaster tools.Can help in quick indexing of the page.

When submitting to Google Webmaster Central, submit both the 'www' and the 'non-www' versions. Then go to the Settings page to let Google know which version takes precedence. You will get much more link juice by redirecting one to the other, otherwise the link juice will be split between the two.
