One thing they suggest which I do not agree with is to submit your site to Google every two weeks. http://www.webhostingforidiots.com/searchengine.html#Submitting%20your%20site

This is not a practice that Google favors and may in fact hurt your site`s search placement.

It is best to maintain an updates site map which is submitted to Google and work on quality backlinks from sites regularly indexed.

Hi,

I agree with Vwebworld. Submitting your site to search engines is a waste of time. All you need is to get some quality back links and you will be added.
