You should have a good ratio between the advertisements and the text which is written by  you. You should also give the proper links on particular keywords. Choose the right category so search engines can search it easily.

As per my opinion, onpage is very important, specially for local and even some national search results. I would say Google will pay more interest to onpage than before.
