Some of these concepts seem a bit hodgepodge.  When I think of Web 2.0, I think of the social web and the niche communities it builds.  The chart above just lists one particular technology that has replaced another.

Agreed, many of the "new" ideas are really just newly packaged functionality that has been redefined a bit and updated.  There is an interesting podcast talking about this point at enginesofcreation.com.

Really stand up guys who know a great deal about the web and web related issues.

I would definitely check it out if you are trying to learn more about the web and web design issues and such.
