I currently have some issues with my in-house IT team and I also think I am paying too much for their services.  I am considering outsourcing but want to know if anyone has recommendations for a good IT management company.  I know that it should be less expensive if I outsource but what other benefits are there? I want to weigh my options to confirm outsourcing is the way to go.  If you can help, I would appreciate it.

One suggestion would be to look at the SuN Marketplace. Another is search profiles. We`ve had a number of people who do this, specializing in small business IT support.

What size company and current IT team? What kind of IT needs or expertise are you looking for? Are we talking domain, firewall, email administration? Are we talking backups and printer maintenance? Are we talking help desk support? If you also have software development efforts going on in your IT team, then what is your current CMMi level? For example, do you have an application portfolio?

Yes, outsourcing IT management is probably the best option for you.Outsourcing cuts costs, it also leads to quicker turnaround time for projects thus, more efficiency. Plus, it reduces labor costs since outsourcing lets you focus on your own human resources when needed and you do not have to spend so much for short-term training. But what particular IT needs are you looking for? what size is your company and how large is your IT team?

My company has been using Best IT for IT Management and I must say that we`ve been tremendously pleased with their services. I highly recommend them. Our company has never experienced any problems with Best IT... I applaud their dedication to their work, their proactiveness when it comes to seeking out potential bugs within our system, and their adequacy in implementing solutions before any problem escalates. Check out their website: Best It

I am trying to lower my software management costs right now, as well as the integration costs so I can increase my business' operational performance and expand the scope of operations. I'd like to know more about Best It. My company needs help with creating and implementing a strategy to reach our goal. I was wondering if Best It would be able to assist us.

Our organization has global operations and the infrastructure management services are handled by GTSS. After GTSS took over the IT infrastructure management, there is a deep cut in the operating costs and lower investment in tool ownership and upgradation.  They are an IT consulting firm specializing in bootstrapping and rescue processes.
