I know this post is older but if your business is at least a year old (or at least 2 years old if it is a construction business), grosses at least $100k annually, is in the US, and is not related to real estate, finance or insurance then you have a 95% chance of getting a non-restrictive, revenue based business loan without having to provide a personal guarantee!
