I`m looking for someone to review this site  for me and tell me what you think.  First of all, it`s intended to look plain and simple and intended to be simple, plain and easy to use. I can`t afford to pay someone to do a site for me. I just want to know what you guys think.

Specific Questions?
1. What do you think of the idea?
2. Is the website name too long?
3. What do you think about the colors and background?
4. If you were a renter or a landlord would you use it?
5. When you first entered the page did you immediately know it`s purpose?

I know the form is "FREE" it will change, but the questions on the form is what I will ask when the site is ready for public view.

I am currently working with a relative of mine who is a marketing consultant to help me.

Thanks guys

The idea of the site is GREAT !
The site isn`t an attraction getter based on a few things. .........

* Color & Backgroud should be a brighter in color, you could even think about using pictures of "places" on the site

* I knew it`s purpose but I think it just isn`t keeping my attention, I think it is mainly b/c of the boring color.

* I think the name and the idea is great !!!

Hope that helps !!!

Thanks for your comments. I think I will change the color "again"  it does seem a little "too plain" . I`ve changed it three times already.  The first color was a bright orange and the other color I had was a bright green. I may go back to the orange. My website host is very limited and it is a pre-made template and I only have a few page layouts to choose from.  Also, when I find the right pictures I will add them.....Again, thanks so much...

Your main page fonts are too small; don`t make your visitors strain to read. The green font at the bottom is unreadable.

Improve your meta tags and page titles for SEO.

Just viewing the links for each state, a user has no idea how many units are listed in a state without clicking on it. So it might be nice to have how many next to the state name, like so ...

Alabama ( 7 )
Alaska ( 3 )
Arkansas (13 )

... and so forth. Would be easy to do if the list is pulled from a DB, but if it`s all static, might be a pain to implement. Not a critical feature, just a suggestion.
