There are various ways you can create traffic to your web site

1. Making Flyers and posting them everywhere
2. Submitting your web site to Search Engines
3. Creating an email list and Invest on an E-mail Marketing software and send newsletters
4. Word of mouth
5. Embed Keywords into your web site`s header

These are some ways you can dirrect traffic to your web site, but remember there is a difference between directing traffic to your web site, and another is making sales.. I would look at "how am I going to close an online sale" as well as directing traffic to your web site..
Give 10 % off or something that will attract customers.

JRMD,
I would also suggest looking through some of the previous posts in the category of Marketing strategies, sales tactics, PR campaigns. Found here at Startup Nation.

Given the nature of your site I would strongly recommend advertising... and not expecting many people to visit based on using it in forum signatures or other similar means.

First of all, lets look at your verticle market ... on-line sales of prescription medications.

Yes, it a growing business. Is it your business ... no.

I see that you are involved in an affiliate program ... listed under your domain name ... in affiliation with IntegraRx.com.

May I ask how much you have invested into this affiliate program?

Are you truly interested in becoming an on-line e-commerce business ... or did you think this is a good way to make a fast buck?

I`m not trying to ridicule you .. just trying to understand your motivations.

JRMD,

Promote your service to physicians, hospitals, and medical centers. Print up sales and marketing materials and leave them at the offices and in the medical centers waiting rooms.

Develop a presentation related to drugs-drug safety- issues of Internet fraud related to the sales of drugs and go speak to groups who would be interested in learning about protecting themselves. Do not go to primarily promote your company but rather educate and have handouts to give to people in attendance.

Hope these ideas helps!

I invested a small amount of money nothing major. Of course this was not to make a fast buck, some people understand that there is a ceartin amount of work that comes with each task to be succesfull. I truly am interested in becoming a e-comm. business.
