Deadline to provide copies of W-2s & 1099s to employees/recipients is February 2. Here is a really easy site that lets you import your data from QuickBooks (or other accounting software) or just enter the data on the screen. It then automatically prints and mails the copies to recipients for you! Plus, it also files the form directly to the federal government. I had all of my W-2s and 1099-MISC filing done in 15 minutes! No forms or anything.
