My husband and I are slowly trying to start a business in the Bar/Bat mitvah world. What my question is how do you classify this business? Would it be llc, sole, ,corp? He and two people would be the only employees. He would pay a commission to party coordinators who bring him the business. So if anyone can help me answer this question I would greatly appreciate it.
