I am considering starting up a video business, but am finding it a challenge to locate a distributer for video's (new releases), Blue Ray and games. Can anyone direct me to a distributer that can stock an entire store.

I can't help you with distributor info, but I'd avoid this business! It's already claimed Movie Gallery and Hollywood Video as victims, and Blockbuster is close to filing bankruptcy. Thousands of local mom & pop video stores have gone under. The immediate future belongs to Netflix by mail, Red Box, and maybe Blockbuster's kiosk program (if they survive at all). The long term future belongs to online streaming video, again from Netflix, and also other sources such as Hulu.
Also, I bet you'd probably have a hard time finding a bank that would take a chance on a video rental business.
One possible exception would be if you already have a business, such as a convenience store, and you're only wanting to add videos as a supplemental income stream. Then, it might be worthwhile if you're in a suitable market.
