Forums: Discussions for entrepreneurs and small business.

Hi everybody!

Since there is no “Intro” section, I was told that this might be a good forum to introduce myself to the community. My name is Victor Fuentes. I have been looking at the SuN community for some time and I think its great. I love the interaction, the input and the genuine help people give each other. I feel I can learn a lot with everybody here and also add value by posting some insights and experiences as I grow my business. That’s my goal, to learn a whole bunch and to help others.

I want to take advantage of this post to publicly state my business goals so that, in a way, I can become accountable. I’ve already developed most of the details and am working to finish them now, but in a very, very small nutshell, here they are… by year:
 
2007 – (Present) – Grow the business and develop systems.
2009 - Grow the business to the point where it can fully support itself and all of my lifestyle’s expenses. 
2010 – Finish developing business systems to fully automate the business to the point where it can run without me, and keep growing.
2010 – 2015 – Keep reinvesting in the company and keep sales growing steadily, if not exponentially.
2015 – Sell the company for $1 million USD or more AND keep assets that will give me passive income.


The plan is designed to give me the freedom to eventually pursuer more ventures in business and real estate, and to keep me excited. Just like I am right now.  As the business and I grow / develop, I’m loving every step of the way.
