I use that time tracking software alongside my team of VAs, designers and other freelance workers.

There are many such time tracking softwares available which are being used by virtual assistants. You can also look for the best ones according to your needs by searching it online on internet.
If I think back, we have nearly used around 7 different tools in the past 6 years, but we were unsatisfied with most of it, except the one that we have been using now for couple of years. The tool is time billing tool from Replicon.
I would suggest using Replicon's simple to use cloud based time tracking software
It has great features and simple reporting interface and can be quickly implemented and easily used from anywhere, being cloud based.
