Hey paul,
How are you... Although, myspace.com is a good way to attract new customers, I personally don`t recommend it. I had bad luck with them once, where I posted an employment Ad. All you get is a bunch of kids calling you. I hope this doesn`t happen with you. You Should Try this instead: Share A Sale. Its a Banner Exchange System. I use it and the extra revenue you can make is great

my experience with myspace was similar to Nuevolution. Kids, teens and not my target market.

I`ve had very positive results from the MySpace page for my business.  It initially went up as a method of networking with others in the design profession.  I do only accept friend requests from those in the design industry or "real world" friends.  I make use of MySpace to draw more traffic to both my business web site and blog.  It`s been very successful in doing so and has resulted in several lucrative design projects.

Well, I have to say, I`d never thought of using myspace for any type of business networking. But that`s a neat idea. Perhaps I`ll give it a try.

Myspace seems highly effective for networking and publicity to the under 30 crowd.  If you have a product, service, idea or website that is geared toward the 15-30 year old sector then I would definitely recommend myspace.  We have tracked a large % of web visits and sales through myspace.

I guess I would be skeptical if your market has little to no affiliation with myspace. It seems a company can lose credibility if it chooses the wrong venues for publicity.

I think myspace can definitely be a valuable tool if your looking for the 13-30 age demographic and provide a reason for people to add you/your company as a friend (special discounts, freebies, special info, etc.)

Hello everyone,

My recent experience using MySpace has been great with attracting nitch traffic to my website. Many of my very selected "friends" are over 30. I get to target teachers, parents, and people into science, nature, and bugs (plus hot girls...just kidding). You get out what you put into it. MySpace is great for feedback, targeting your market, and building relationships with potential customers in a friendly non commercial setting. You can see how I set mine up. It`s very basic but it`s not bad for someone over 30!

Yep, not only have I met a lot of cool people on myspace, I have successfully used it to drive a lot of traffic to my site.  I will definitely be ramping up the feel good vibes profile soon.
