Hello all,

I recently started a foreclosure clean out business. I was contacted by a city to give an estimate for a house clean out it has about 15 yards of trash. I sent my estimate in after seeing the house but wasn't able to see one room. Well, after sending the bid in I was able to see the room after it was unlocked.

It is going to take me more time to do so probably $150-$200 the other companies bid about $500 more then me. If my company is chosen should I say it is going to cost me about $150-$200 or just deal with it as a learning experience?

Thank you for any advice!
