Hi there,

I am from China. I am looking for parters to do mushroom business in US. So far, i notice that Americans do not like the dried mushroom, instead they prefer the fresh ones. However, i think there is a misunderstanding on the nutrition between the dried one and the fresh one. We evaporate the water in order to keep the mushroom from going bad, which does the least harm to the mushroom. My company has its own production base, especially the wild mushroom product.

I would appreciate anyone who could give me some advice to find manufacturers that produce the canned mushroom or need the raw material.

       Thanks a lot!
