Hi,
I created a website for a client in DW 8.  When I look at it on the laptop I created it in, it looks great.  But when I look at it from another computer, and of course when the client looks at it, it has no template, and you have to scroll down really far to see the content.  I am sure I did something wrong in the template, but I cannot figure it out.

Can anyone help me?

Give me the URL... let me check it out.
My question to you is, are you working with a static layout or liquid? in other words are you using: lets say: 800px or 100%
Please keep in mind that objects on a laptop will look smaller than on a Desktop. It comes down to the resolution you are using.. but let me take a look at it and I will tell you...

A link to the site would help.

But absent that, as already been mentioned... make sure you have uploaded all the appropriate files, style sheets (CSS), images, and scripts.

And make sure they are uploaded into the proper folders (images, root directory..etc) as referenced in the html of the page(s).

Well for one your source has 44 "<p>&nbsp;</p>" This would account for all the white space.
I`m not sure about your other problems, yet.
