Thinking big is always a good idea...the salesforce you mentioned is a classical approach...by the way I`m the founder and owner of a sales outsourcing company. In this case here probably you could arrange deals with hotels etc. by phone.
Actually I was thinking to charge the customer for an extraordinary service with the benefits of saving time and money for planning everything by themselfes...but probably you could get in trouble to get enough traffic or customers because similar things like that are always free in the web
