I started a translation agency on my own about 5 years ago: built the website myself, learned about taxes, invoices, etc. My first business.

I had worked as a freelancer for several years before. My blog "Becoming a freelance translator/My Journey from freelance translator to translation agency entrepreneur"

In my opinion, for someone who is fluent in more than one language, starting an online translation service is a good business idea. Just make sure that you are researching and planning well before starting up a new agency.
