"GrooveRockGear.com is a website that sells high quality apparel to celebrities and people who want to look like a rock star.  Groove Rock Gear drives traffic to the site with exposure from over 15 touring bands like the Fabulous Rudies who are currently on the Vans Warp Tour that wear our clothing on stage or TV. We develop co-brand band merchandise and our own private label products. We have had a great response from the media including VH1 where Groove Rock Gear was given to over 20 celebrities and 230 music VIPs for the recent Vh1 Rock Honors Show; helping raise $300,000 for the Vh1 Save the Music Foundation. Through our unique co-brand marketing we expect a rapid sales ramp-up. Most bands don’t know how to develop high quality fashion merchandise...we do!

We need $1 million in funding to make Groove Rock Gear self-sustaining. Right now, we`re seeking $500,000 seed capital in exchange for a 25% ownership stake to expand the company from e-commerce to wholesale orders.  My background includes the development of over 15 successful e-commerce companies including Marthasflowers.com a division of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. With Our CEO Aaron Beegle’s alternate career as a singer, songwriter and entrepreneur, we expect GrooveRockGear.com to be able to go public within 3 years and be the brand all bands from Indie to major labels use as a platform to develop their merchandise.”

Great Elevator Pitch - since we are asking for votes, heres mine about expanding in the global marketplace.....I was unable to tune in today on the radio as I attended the 1st Annual Asian Taste Festival sponsored by the Council of Asian Pacific Americans and prepared a Korean speciality (kongnamul) for the event....

"Hi, my company Cool & Associates is an international business development company which assists small to medium size companies develop and expand in the global marketplace. I have successfully worked in 54 countries and bring a unique view of the many cultures that all organizations must adapt to maintain an international presence. My tagline is “where Quality is NEVER an Accident”. I have developed a cultural-based global business methodology with international key contacts and Team Members in several areas of expertise including Emerging Technologies and we expect a large increase of sales and international exposure.

We need $200,000 in funding which will be used primarily for business trips to targeted countries for meetings and negotiations with key contacts in synergistic industries to get to the point where the company is self-sustaining which is projected by the end of 2007. This initial funding will provide a 20% ownership stake. My goal is to have Cool & Associates acquired for $5,000,000 in 5 years. I invite you to visit my website at www.cool-associates.com. Have a great day."
