Hello guys,
Our company recently launched a new project to help fellow outdoor enthusiasts find deals on camping and hiking gear: TrailLove. So far, we've implemented features to allow for deal search, recommendations of new products per day, and an aggregated page for coupons.
We were involved in much of the layout design of the site, though the actual color scheme, etc. were the work of a much more graphically inclined person.
The goal of the site is to allow visitors find good deals on the products that they want now, then allow easy navigation to the retailer where that item can be purchased.
What I would love to hear from anyone who cares to review is:
- Was the site clear and easy to navigate? When you were browsing, did the links/flow produce unexpected results?
- Were the search pages easy to use? The search is designed to be easy to sort and filter; does it meet that goal?
- Do the graphics and text flow well together, or does anyone feel that parts of it are a bit of an eyesore?
Once again, the link is: TrailLove
