Hello, my name is Dr. James St.Clair.  I am the founder of TopDog Canine Rehabilitation and Fitness, LLC.  Animal physical therapy is an exploding new field in veterinary medicine and TopDog is leading the way.  Within the 9 billion dollar veterinary industry, knee surgeries and injuries alone make up an estimated 1.3 billion dollars.  This number is staggering.  Pet owners today more than ever are spending money on there four legged family members, and more than ever before want the best care for their animals. Across the country there are currently less that 100 animal rehabilitation facilities, which significantly limits accessiblity of these services to pet owners.  TopDog created the solution, with its copyrighted Home Therapy Booklets designed for pet owners.  Distributed directly to veterinarians as well as retailed to pet owners via www.topdoghealth.com these booklet will revolutionize the industry.  Capturing 10% of the surgery market would give TopDog a projected net profit of 1.5million. And that is only 10 %.  TopDog also has a franchising business plan in place to strategically replicate it already profitable rehab clinic for expansion across the country.  We are looking for investment $530,000 in return for a 30% ownership of the company.
