I`m a Tool and Die Maker with 8 years and a journey mans card under my belt.   I`m looking for some projects big or small to do after work.  I have permission to use the shop that I work in after hours for anything that I want to do.  I have no overhead so I can keep costs down.  I have access to a cnc mill, lathe, surface grinders, edm, heat treat oven, saws and many other precision machines.  Please don`t hesitate to give me an email about an prototype, invention, or even repair work that needs to be done.

Thanks

We don`t have a huge project, but we need some metal templates with exact measurements. For example, a 1/32" thick (I don`t know metal gauges), an 1-3/8" by 12". The problem is there are other lengths, also about 12" long but 1-5/16" inches. They have to be precise, and smooth, since we`re using them as custom rulers and to determin the fold when ironing. Is that the sort of thing?

I can help you out, I just need to know how many and what sizes.  I also need to know what material you want them made out of.  Let me know and I can give you a quote on what it will cost

We only need one or two of these. They`re templates we`re using for our own business. There`s a fella we know with a small shop, where we could just get these as a "customer" to his business. Is that okay with you? Or are you looking to manufacture in bulk?

I can help you out if you give me a drawing of what you have in mind and the size.  If you know of one that you have seen you could send me a digital photo.

Thanks Ryan
