I found the story of Tony Hsieh, the founder of Zappos, very inspiring for me. After reading his book, Delivering Happiness, I was motivated my his level of determination and faith in his idea. Tony showed me that it is possible to be a nice, caring human being and still be a wildly successful businessman.
This is a great read for anyone in business.
