Hi Jeannie,

actually I`ve never found this to be an issue when talking to companies. They are open to license patent pending products but the issue I have is they are not willing to sign my non-disclosure agreement since they don`t want to be sued. So I think you`re very brave to have disclosed your product to the public before a patent is issued I really would like to hear more about this.
