Forums: Discussions for entrepreneurs and small business.

I`ve started my own business consulting group and have been working with a client for a few months developing her business strategy, outlining financials, typical business planning kind of stuff. We work really well together - she`s a true creative while I`m more of the egghead. ANYWAY, she`s got a terrific idea for a new product and we were talking about how we could partner on this new project. Any suggestions re: how we could structure an arrangement - would this warrant a jv, a partnership agreement?!
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
