The reason why MarcusWrite mentioned about using text links down the bottom of all your pages if your using graphical, JavaScript or Flash based navigation is because the search engines normally doesn't understand this language. This means your links would not work well with your SEO if you didn't include these text links down the bottom of your pages.
The internal link structure of a website is determining how the internal link juice is ultimately affect areas that are better ranking in search results. The more links there is a page the more link juice it can move internally.
I would actually recommend having text links at the tops of the page that you replace with Javascript or Flash using CSS.
Better yet, just make attractive looking links using CSS. You can make a really good looking link using psuedo-classes and (e.g. a:hover) image sprites

Nice sharing. Internal linking structure of the website is very important for visibility in the search engines and backlinks of website also.
