I run two companies. I own a real estate appraisal company, and I own a retail franchise of specialty food stores. The appraisal business is how I support my family and the retail frnachise is just starting to grow(We now have 3 franchises sold, plus the corporate store)
My question is. Should I devide my time up during the day to set hours doing each job, i.e. Put on the appraisal hat from 8am to lunch, then from 1pm to 6 put on the Franchisor hat? Or should I be more fluidly working each job at the same time.
I am really starting to go crazy doing the later but I am not sure if the former will work either, as some things need to be dealt with in real time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
